![]() About Toned & Fit Toned & Fit is a new way to work out and learn why you're working out, with great results! Here at Toned & Fit we don't believe in strict training regimes designed to frustrate you or ones you have no control over. We do, however, believe in training for results but through more enjoyable and accessible means. It still requires personal drive and will power, but we guarantee great results! We construct our training through a series of classes designed to target certain areas of the body. The results will speak for themselves! What's more, we want your input too. We want to target the areas you want to target in order to reach your goals. We intend for you to learn why and how to train in our classes, based on your core functional movements, so you can offer feedback and input throughout the course. Through this learning process you will be able to tailor your classes to suit your needs. Knowledge of complex sports terminology is not necessary. We make the learning process as easy as possible for all levels by supplying the relevant information prior to the classes.
