Sutton Park School located on the Northside of Dublin offers education to both Primary (5 - 12 years) and Secondary (12 - 18 years) Level Education. Established in 1957 they pride themselves on offering a wide range of activities and interests to their 450 students, many of which are boarders from overseas. Here at TonedFit we believe strongly in an education on the basics of exercise, nutrition and conditioning, and, as such have been contracted for the academic year by Sutton Park School to offer a wide variety of activities to their students, both during and after shcool hours. Transition year students will benefit from a brand new module, developed exclusively by TonedFit, to educate them in 'Sports performance and Conditioning' where they will develop an understanding of the essentials in exercise, mental conditioning, nutrition and biomechanics. This will be presented in an easy to learn environment with practical application towards a students chosen sport or activity. 1st - 3rd year students will be offered, after school hours, a tag rugby module, 7's rugby module and a conditioning bootcamp module with a qualified level 2 IRB coach and fitness instructor. Boarders and 4th - 6th year students can avail, after school hours, of a weekly body conditioning course on school premises after school hours. Aimed at promoting muscle development and cardiovascular levels through a series of high intesity exercises. A great addition to any chosen sport they may have.
