Testimonials "I've noticed a definite increase in strength and fitness since beginning the classes and have dropped a dress size. Two classes a week makes my metabolism race along and I can pretty much eat with abandon without worrying about overindulging. It's also a handy way of catching up with friends I otherwise might not see during the week. Atmosphere is great and it's always a good laugh - I'm always glad I dragged myself along no matter how tired I am beforehand. Perfect start to the week after a boozy weekend. Seriously, I love Toned & Fit!!!" "This is the first time in 15 years that I have felt this fit and healthy. My energy levels are so much higher and I will be continuing the classes and hopefully start running." "I am really enjoying the classes, and joined just to stay fit and not put on piles of weight over the summer, however, I have dropped a dress size, which was a bonus. I now feel very fit, healthy, confident, and I have really enjoyed meeting all the people at the classes. Its hard work, but its great fun too." "Only started these classes a few weeks ago, and I cannot get over how much my fitness level has improved!" "The program is the first keep fit programme I have stayed with for more the than 4 weeks, I hated going to the gym I found it boring and I lost interest after 10 minutes, here you are encouraged, teased and meet up with a great bunch of people. I have been training since June 09 and with the Clean 9 programme and training 2 nights a week I have lost over a stone in weight and feel great, I have dropped a dress size and am on the way to another!" "finally found an enjoyable way to exercise!" |

Suttonians RFC is an All Ireland level rugby club, established in 1924 in Sutton, Dublin. They've competed in the AIL (All Ireland League) for the past 10 years from Division 3 up to Division 2. One of the few AIL clubs on the northside of Dublin they concentrate on developing key skills in the youth of the club. Some notable players from the club are Aaron Mauger of the New Zealand All Blacks, Aidan Kearney of Leinster and Ulster and more recently Ian Keatley of Connacht and Now Munster. Not to mention the many players who have progressed to AIL level 1 and further afield. TonedFit have been contracted by Suttonians 1st XV for the 2011-2012 season to ensure the conditioning of the players is at it's best throughout the year while also maintaining a high level of physical therapy to reduce the players 'off pitch' time. Combining the pre-season fitness training with their rugby training we ensure the players get the best out of their sessions while also increasing cardiovascular fitness and improving muscle development. These training techniques are continuously tested throughout the season in order to achieve the best results and reduce a fall off of muscle development resulting in injuries and other fatigue related issues. Training techniques to promote cardiovascular improvement and muscle developement include 'Strongman' training, Metabollic training, Cardio circuits, PLyometrics and Nutritional education.
